While Mom was working hard in PT to regain what she had lost from her stroke, my Dad had to have emergency back surgery! All went well with the surgery, but he was moved into the same nursing home as my Mom with an adjoining room to hers! They were "potty partners" with only a bathroom seperating them! They have not lived together for 4 years since my Mom's first stroke so "love was in the air"! I do believe there is a lot to be said about love healing the body.
